Purpose of the Job
To develop and manage Direct Banking (HiSave) and Community Banking brands, develop the brand strategy and related propositions and facilitate development of any marketing campaigns specific to these businesses/ propositions.
Area of Responsibility
To develop and deliver the brand identity, develop brand strategy and positioning and proposition for Direct Banking (HiSave) and Community Banking (Remittance and Current account propositions)
To develop and define brand related and communication guidelines for retail propositions and modify the Group brand guidelines to make it relevant for UK.
To ensure that all customer related communication, website/s and ATL/BTL communication are consistent with brand and communication related guidelines and carry integrated messaging.
To work with the respective marketing managers and product managers to:
- conceive retention/recruitment strategies for their product/ service suite
- develop marketing campaigns
To support the management of, and work with, the India marketing team/agency on a day to day basis to:
- ensure the efficient delivery of media plans / communication executions on time and to budget
- ensure the brand is being communicated on brief
To ensure that all advertising is tracked and monitored for impact for reporting purposes.
To support the marketing manager/s to develop and communicate their product propositions and positioning.
To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual/long term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
To understand, identify info. Gaps/analysis opportunities re; industry/competitor/brand/customer etc.
Managing legal/compliance approvals and maintain appropriate files for all activities.
Manage campaigns to budget and maintain appropriate files.

Professional marketing qualification (preferred)
Understanding of online marketing is preferred
